Positive: Beautiful location and facility was clean and host was readily available.
Negative: The common BBQ grills are in need of deep cleaning and should be cleaned after each use. There was a brush to clean the grill but what needs cleaning is the area where are the food/grease fall. This was a safety hazard. Although the cleaning wasn't up to par we decided to use and there was a grease fire.

Positive: Cozy space with all the essentials. Great location for my interests.
The store next door is convenient and also interesting.
Negative: Parking can be an issue. Road noises.
